Make prototype
We decided to go with two flavours, Lemon and Orange. I made a prototype of them both . Sweet, to sweet. We decided to add more citric acid. Perfect!
Design
I made a plan on how big the bags and amount of sherbet there should be in each bag. We decided to put 3 cups in a small, 4 in a med, 5 in a large and bags to be 20 cm.
Find similer products
I found a recipe on the internet for Sherbet. I looked at what items are used and made a recipe.
Want or Need
A type of food that contains lots of SUGAR!!!! Particularly Sherbet. Flavour of types of Fruit to sound appealing.
